Welcome to Larainvest Pte Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"Service" refers to our SaaS platform and any related software, tools, or services provided.
"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Service.
"Agreement" refers to these Terms and any related documents such as a Privacy Policy or Service Level Agreement (SLA).

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials. Any data you provide must comply with applicable Singapore laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Subscription fees are outlined in your subscription plan and are non-refundable unless required by Singapore law. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (“Your Data”). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to safeguard your data. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including all content, features, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with the Service.

You agree to keep any confidential information about the Service, including proprietary technology or pricing details, secure and not disclose it to third parties.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to one month paid for the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. However, cancellations are not permitted within the first six months. After this period, you may cancel, but you must provide at least three months' notice.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle following your notice period, at which point it will terminate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but we may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Eliminate sub-domain

We reserve the right to eliminate your subdomain if your account has been inactive for a period of 6 months or longer. Inactive accounts are defined as those where there has been no login or usage of the Service. Prior notice will be given to you before any subdomain elimination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
